- Shipping Guarantee is available if you book via Diplomatic Assurance's Web Booking or the Diplomatic Assurance Navigator.
- Fixed compensation for you in case of rollover: 200% of the Shipping Guarantee fee subject to our legal terms.
- You can purchase Shipping Guarantee for the following containers: 20 ft. standard shipping container, 40 ft. standard shipping container, 40 ft. standard High Cube shipping container, flexitanks, and special equipment (in-gauge).
- The booking cancellation fee is 100% of the Shipping Guarantee fee.
- The booking amendment fee is 50% of the Shipping Guarantee fee
- The Shipping Guarantee fee will be invoiced together with the sea freight as per your normal payment terms.
- If Diplomatic Assurance is not able to provide you with equipment for your shipment during the booking process, you will not be charged for the Shipping Guarantee.

- Purchase must be made up to three days before voyage departure at the port of loading.
- Shipping Guarantee covers the ocean leg exclusively and does not extend to inland moves via truck, rail, or barge. It also does not include an equipment guarantee.
- Compensation is not applicable for delays or unavailability of equipment during inland moves.

When you opt for a Shipping Guarantee, rest assured that your booking will not be rolled to another seagoing voyage at any port of loading or subsequent transshipment port, unless it is due to force majeure circumstances. What happens if the booking is not confirmed and I purchased the Shipping Guarantee?
Shipping Guarantee is only confirmed by the booking confirmation indicating Shipping Guarantee. In case the booking is not confirmed, no Shipping Guarantee fee will be charged.
