Benjamin Ballout, MD
Benjamin Ballout, a visionary leader and expert in international trade and policy. With over 20 years of experience in various industries, including finance, real estate development, aerospace and defense, and international affairs, Benjamin has a proven track record of success in navigating the complex global landscape.
As a Managing Director of Diplomatic Trade Ltd., Benjamin serves on the boards of multiple multinational corporations and represents governments in trade, liaison, and lobbying, effectively facilitating and enhancing global commercial activity within the U.S. and beyond. He is also a dedicated leader in nation-building projects and humanitarian relief efforts, having played a key role as one of the forward thinkers in the U.S. National Security Reform Act.
As an advisor, Benjamin is a trusted advisor to high-level stakeholders and ministers, utilizing his extensive experience in governance and strategy of multilateral institutions to shape and influence policy decisions that positively impact the organization’s reputation and global outcomes. He currently leads a multinational consortium of EPC projects in the field of alternative energy, green hydrogen, bio-tech and agri-tech developments in the MENA region.
Mr. Ballout is a respected thought leader and a frequent guest speaker, panelist, and moderator on a wide range of public policy-related topics. He holds a B.A. and LLM in International Law from U.S. colleges and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Law and Foreign Affairs from a Swiss University.
